Understanding Slot Positioning

Slot positioning matters! Two heroes have abilities that are directly affected by their position in the mission team:

🗿 Golem - Spread Thin (Level 2+ Required)

Golem gains +25% to ALL stats for each empty slot, capped at 2x multiplier (4 empty slots). This ability unlocks at Level 2.

• Solo in 2-slot mission: 1 empty slot = 1.25x stats
• Solo in 3-slot mission: 2 empty slots = 1.5x stats
• Solo in 4-slot mission: 3 empty slots = 1.75x stats
• Solo in 5+-slot mission: 4+ empty slots = 2.0x stats (capped)

Strategy: Golem is the ultimate solo hero. Unlock Spread Thin at Level 2, then send Golem alone on missions with many slots for maximum efficiency!

💃 Coupe - En Pointe (Position-Based Bonuses)

Coupe gains different bonuses depending on which slot position they're assigned:

• Slot 1 (First position): +3 Combat (Level 3), +1 Combat (Levels 1-2)
• Slot 2 (Second position): +3 Mobility (Level 3), +1 Mobility (Levels 1-2)
• Slot 3+: No bonus

Strategy: Always place Coupe in Slot 1 or 2, never later! Choose based on mission needs:

• High Combat required → Coupe in Slot 1
• High Mobility required → Coupe in Slot 2

🌈 Prism - Doppelganger (Copies Left Hero)

While not strictly position-based, Prism's ability depends on positioning:

• Prism copies the hero directly to their left
• Level 2+: Copies 100% of stats
• Level 1: Copies 50% of stats

Strategy: Place Prism immediately after your strongest hero (Phenomaman, Punchup, etc.)

🥊 Punchup - Squeeze In (Extra Slot Creation)

Punchup has a unique ability that breaks slot limitations:

• On missions with less than 4 slots, Punchup creates an extra slot exclusively for himself
• This allows you to send more heroes than the mission normally permits
• Works on 1-slot, 2-slot, and 3-slot missions

Strategy: For tight 2-3 slot missions, add Punchup to squeeze in extra stats!

👻 Invisigal - Lone Wolf (Solo Mission Bonus)

Invisigal excels when working alone:

• When sent alone on a mission, reduces travel time and call completion time
• Perfect for quick solo missions that match her skill set
• Does NOT activate if other heroes are sent with her

Strategy: Send Invisigal solo on missions that suit her stats (Combat 3, Intellect 2, Mobility 3) for maximum time efficiency!

Optimal Slot Configurations

2-Slot Missions:

• Option 1: [Coupe, Any] - Coupe in slot 1 for +3 Combat
• Option 2: [Any, Coupe] - Coupe in slot 2 for +3 Mobility
• Option 3: [Golem, Empty] - Golem solo for 1.25x multiplier
• Option 4 (NEW): [Invisigal] - Solo for time optimization
• Option 5 (NEW): [Any, Any, Punchup*] - 3 heroes via Squeeze In!

3-Slot Missions:

• High Value: [Coupe, Prism, Any] - Coupe bonus + Prism copies Coupe
• Maximum Golem: [Golem, Empty, Empty] - 1.5x multiplier on all stats
• Squeeze Strategy (NEW): [Strong Hero, Prism, Any, Punchup*] - 4 heroes in 3-slot mission!

4-Slot Missions:

• Synergy Focus: [Flambae, Prism, Any, Any] - Prism copies Flambae
• Golem Power: [Golem, Empty, Empty, Empty] - 1.75x multiplier
• Balanced: [Coupe, Prism, Sonar, Malevola] - Coupe bonus + Prism + Synergy pair

Pro Tips

• Golem needs Level 2: The Spread Thin ability unlocks at Level 2. Don't use solo strategies before reaching Level 2!
• Coupe's Level 3 is 3x better: +1 bonus at Levels 1-2 becomes +3 at Level 3. Huge difference! Even Level 1 Coupe is useful though.
• Punchup breaks the rules: Squeeze In lets you exceed mission slot limits on small missions. This can turn impossible missions into guaranteed successes!
• Invisigal for speed runs: When you need fast mission completion and stats allow, send Invisigal solo. Great for farming XP quickly!
• Calculate before committing: Use our calculator above to test different configurations before sending heroes on missions
• Synergies stack: Position bonuses work WITH synergy bonuses. Coupe + Punchup synergy + position bonus = very strong!
