๐Ÿ“Š Methodology

How We Calculate Regret Probability

Regret rates are based on comprehensive player surveys asking "Do you regret this choice?" after completing the game. Responses are collected from verified playthroughs across Discord communities, Reddit, and Steam forums.

Data Collection Period

Survey data collected from launch through December 2025. Sample sizes range from 743 to 2,134 players per decision, ensuring statistical significance.

Regret vs Satisfaction

Satisfaction Rate = 100% - Regret Rate. A choice with 15% regret has 85% satisfaction. We categorize regret levels: Minimal (<15%), Low (15-30%), Moderate (30-50%), High (50-70%), and Extreme (>70%).

Recommendation Confidence

Confidence scores reflect statistical significance, sample size, and regret differential. 90%+ = Very Strong, 75%+ = Strong, 60%+ = Moderate, <60% = Weak.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips for Using This Calculator

๐ŸŽฏ

Look at Regret Differential

Large regret differentials (30%+) indicate clear community preference. Smaller gaps (<10%) mean both choices are viable.
