Deko has 6quests in total that give the players Yen and Chikara Shards, and finally the ability to master One For Everything and change it to One For Everything 100%. To begin his questline, interact with him while having One For Everything equipped. He can be found on the roof of the Quirk giver PC's hospital in Dimension 1.
